Abstract
In order to create a golden Indonesia in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, this article's goal is to propose reforms to trade legislation from Pancasila's point of view. Legal normative research is the methodology employed. The analysis's findings indicate that significant changes are currently occurring in a wide range of fields, including law, politics, economics, business, technology, social issues, and culture, as a result of the rapid development of globalization brought on by the industrial revolution of the twenty-first century. The 4.0 industrial revolution, which is characterized by the use of telematics fields (telecommunication, media, and information), necessitates changes to the rules governing commercial law. It is helpful for the Indonesian government to carry out legal development in the area of trade and business in the form of legal development, legal harmonization, and implementing legal reconstruction in the context of renewing legal products by creating a legal system.
