Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Social Justice in Pancasila based on Feminism Studies. The method used is qualitative with a feminist approach based on literature review. The results of this research are that there are 3 arguments which state that feminism is no longer an issue of social justice, namely: the first argument, focuses on assessing gender neutrality regarding gender discrimination, the second, focuses on the assessment between public and private, the third argument, on the other hand claims that the emphasis on justice in itself reflects a male bias and that any theory responsive to the interests and experiences of women will replace the emphasis on justice with an emphasis on care. These three arguments only provide a limited idea of the reach of feminists who voice injustice against their rights as members of society, citizens of the nation, and citizens of the country.
