Abstract

: In carrying out various activities related to services in the health sector, it is not uncommon to find the behavior of health workers who deviate from the norm, such as: These actions are carried out not only by private health workers, but also by civil servants and health workers who also serve as ASN. Moreover, the existence of malpractice which still often occurs shows that the ethics and morals of health workers are very problematic in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out anything related to the Ethics and Performance of Health Workers in the Provision of Health Services, Health Ethical Morals, and how the Legal Arrangements for Medical Personnel Doing Malpractice. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely data collected in the form of words, not numbers. This study will be used to examine how ethics and morality apply to health workers in social life. The results of the research show that ethics and discipline are inseparable attitudes, and are not independent attitudes because the two are interrelated and interrelated. Health personnel are the main component of providing health services to the community in order to achieve health development goals in accordance with national goals as mandated by the constitution. Of course, as the most important part of health service providers, the existence, role and responsibilities of health workers in health development activities are very important. Implementation and utilization of the presence, roles and responsibilities of these health workers in an appropriate, proportional, orderly, quality-assured, and protective manner, both for themselves and the recipients of health services. Regarding medical treatment given to patients by officers who endanger or seriously injure the patient's body, there is legal protection.
