Abstract

Karl Marx's thoughts are not only the basic inspiration for the struggle of world workers in demanding revolution. But it also plays a major role in every dimension of life such as economic, social, cultural, political, philosophical, legal and ideological. The expansion of the socialist revolution occurred in Russia and then spread to Eastern Europe, to China as a justification for Marx's theory. But in the end it becomes an anomaly when a country that is in direct contact with the dynamics of Marxism and has declared itself a socialist country, becomes the industrial base of the world today. -differentiate, as well as the concept of justice that must be in harmony with the Law. Marx's dialectic which was developed through Hegel's thought became phenomenal in contributing to the realm of critical thinking methods through a dialectical stage in order to find the truth. The discovery method used is exploratory descriptive. by using reference data that has been correlated with the theory of reading from Karl Max so that it can answer each of the problem formulations presented.
