Pengaruh IPTEK terhadap Kebijakan Risiko Perusahaan Menghadapi Resesi Ekonomi Global

Abstract
Global economic recession is often interpreted as a condition that has an impact on a country's economy. This condition can be seen from the increasing unemployment rate, and also seen in the Gross Domestic Product or GDP which is increasingly showing negative results. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic caused economic activity to begin to be disrupted, and had a major impact on the global economic recession. In addition to the current conditions, in Indonesia there are many companies or other business sectors that use technological advances as part of their workforce. that was originally done by humans then taken over by robots, and so on. This also has an impact on the high unemployment rate and has an impact on the risk of a global economic recession in Indonesia. The rapid development of science and technology is a major factor for companies to start using artificial intelligence from robots. Currently, Indonesia has occupied the industrial revolution 4.0 which encourages innovation from technology so that it has a fundamental change impact on human life, one of the impacts being felt is on the aspect of employment. The purpose of this study is to see how the influence of increasingly rapid technological developments on company risk policies in an effort to deal with the global economic recession that is in sight is carried out using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach and making observations from the data obtained then connecting the data with legal Foundation. The results of the study show that technology has an impact on companies to make policies based on the great risk of a global economic recession based on a legal basis approach.
