PRODUKSI PENGETAHUAN PEKERJA-MAJIKAN DALAM KASUS HUMAN TRAFFICKING PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT CHARVAKA

Abstract

This research is entitled Production of Worker-Employer Knowledge in Human Trafficking Cases from the Perspective of Charvaka Philosophy. This study aims to find, describe and represent patterns of knowledge formation of workers and employers from the perspective of charvaka philosophy. This research begins with material costs and methods of research, then continues with data collection as well as analysis using interpretation and hermeneutic methods. This study found: first, the charvaka philosophy relies on perception as the only valid source of knowledge thereby denying inference and testimony as guarantees of certainty. Second, in cases of trafficking in persons, workers and employers are never considered a source of knowledge because they rely more on deductions and testimony from agents. Third, only assume that it is oriented towards practical issues, especially to make knowledge the way of death from life's problems.
