Pengaruh Perubahan Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap Strategi dalam Ketahanan Nasional

Abstract
Education affects the quality of human resources in a country. Every applicable education requires a curriculum. Curriculum changes must be dynamic and progressive according to the times. This research is motivated by the changes in the independent curriculum whose implementation is significantly different from the previous curriculum. Curriculum changes involve several aspects, namely the government, teachers, and students. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the independent curriculum affects student learning outcomes. The data in this study is based on written sources such as journals and books with relevant topics. The independent curriculum change has positive and negative impacts on student learning outcomes. The positive impacts are helping students learn independently, improving analytical skills in numeracy and literacy modules, strengthening the Pancasila profile which aims to foster a sense of nationalism, and adjusting to the times. Meanwhile, the negative impact is that the implementation of the independent curriculum has not been fully implemented properly and evenly and the decline in learning motivation. Based on analysis of several sources, student learning outcomes have improved after the implementation of the independent curriculum. In changing the curriculum, the government should ensure that all schools have equitable facilities so that the implementation runs well and accurately.
