Abstract
Authority over something or the ability to determine its course, such as commanding, representing or managing it constitutes power. The government wields power in accordance with the wishes of the people. However, state institutions must exercise their powers judiciously and within limits to avoid arbitrariness; overlap between authorities should not occur while concentration of authority within one institution needs avoiding through a separation / division of powers approach. The concept that calls for said segregation is attributed to French philosopher Montesqueu who posited that preventing abuse means no single person exercises too much sway at any given time (Trias Politica principle). This study investigates how Indonesia's Government System implements this Separation Principle into their organisation structure (Legislative Power | Executive Power | Judicial Power| Examinative Power). To answer key concerns outlined here - i.e., ‘how’ Trias Politica theory functions when enacted by Indonesian Governance -, author will employ normative juridical methodologies using legal regulations analysis alongside secondary materials found via law journals/books readings around various related problems/situations faced today. Our results suggest there are 4 divisions currently operating empowered individuals fall under ie Legislative/Executive/Judicial & Examinatory Powers divided hence after amendment period replacing previous arrangements executed prior implementing newer protocols providing unique methods which increase progressiveness enabled communities flourish unencumbered granting greater control equality across governmental sectors guaranteeing transparency throughout operations taking place promoting modernity towards institutional governance standards solidified nationwide due diligence effectively ensuring continuous reform offered beyond supposed scope original ideology demonstrating exponential growth marked improvement feeds widespread national expectations ongoing sustainability policy-making decisions guiding present/future generations alike indefinitely improving society on all fronts maintaining fair supportive environments encouraging equal opportunity/free expression leading prosperity measurable success objectives explored accordingly achieving palpable accountability from multi-level institution membership globally recognized experts achievements extra-ordinary measures bringing forth desired outcomes higher levels international recognition/praise garnered Indonesians can celebrate working hard striving even harder setting example rising big challenges bettering citizens lives growing the country's overall economy while sustaining harmony/peace necessary to maintain stability developing unity within diversity making it one of Southeast Asia’s most respected nations where shared values exist seamlessly between state and community needs in equal measure.
