Pengaruh Penggunaan Belanja Online Masyarakat Indonesia: Sebelum, Selama dan Sesudah Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract
The Coronavirus, also known as Covid-19, is the cause of the global health crisis that has devastated the Chinese nation both from the existing social, economic and educational systems so that it has rapidly expanded to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer buying behavior in Indonesian society, before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. This study adopted a qualitative descriptive methodology informed by a literature approach, and requires an initial period of internet searching followed by data collection from scientific publications. , related books, and online articles discussing the buyer's decision-making process. The results show that before the pandemic, perceptions and psychological variables had a beneficial and substantial influence on Indonesian people's internet buying behavior. During the pandemic, there was a shift in consumer preferences for online shopping; this was because many individuals needed goods that were previously considered luxury goods. The existence of digital technology is believed to help make it easier for them to carry out tasks in all areas of life, including retail. As for Post-Pandemic Online shopping as a consumer trend existed long before the epidemic. However, it's not just that internet shopping is on the rise nowadays, meaning people will only use online shops to shop. Because it is possible in the future, consumers prefer to buy at physical locations. They will use both channels, depending on the context or whatever works best for them.
