Meninjau Etika Masyarakat Indonesia Dalam Bermedia Sosial Di Masa Pemilu Menggunakan Etika Media Sosial

Abstract
Approaching the 2024 election period, it cannot be denied that there are still many problems and challenges that need to be faced, one of which is the ethics of Indonesian society in using social media which can have an impact on the election process and overall social stability. This article tries to review the ethics of Indonesian society in using social media during the election period. The method used is descriptive analytical, and the data processed is secondary data using library research. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by Indonesian people in maintaining social media ethics during the election period. Implications include the need for awareness, and stronger law enforcement in promoting social media ethics and maintaining information integrity during elections. By implementing good ethics in using social media, Indonesian people can help create a healthier environment, contribute to a fair election process, and maintain social stability.
