Penerapan Kode Etik Kesehatan Dalam Praktik Diskriminatif Terhadap Pasien Bpjs

Abstract
The large number of discriminatory treatments carried out against BPJS patients have resulted in non-implementation of the health code of ethics contained in the hospital code of ethics (KODERSI), even though health is a condition of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not just freedom from disease or weakness/disability. (Fertman, & Allensworth, 2010). And everyone has the right to receive equal quality health care. The quality of health services is a standard of perfection of health services that can satisfy every user of health services according to the level of satisfaction of the population and also those who provide them in accordance with a predetermined professional code of ethics (Ghifari, 2021). We aim to analyze how the existing health code of ethics is implemented in Indonesia using descriptive qualitative methods by collecting and summarizing data from journals and news related to discussions of health ethics in discriminatory practices against BPJS patients. The data we found in the implementation of article 12 of the attitude and behavior of the hospital code of ethics, unfortunately the attitude or behavior of the health code of ethics contained in the hospital code of ethics has not been implemented significantly, in fact it has declined due to the lack of attitudes and behavior of nurses, doctors or those who work in the hospital. serving the community and adding to the many factors that cause discrimination, one of which is discrimination in dividing classes using BPJS, as well as less effective sanctions arrangements.
