Abstract
This study has a strong background, based on data collected by students in the Professional Ethics and Responsibilities course. The aim was to explore the understanding of ethics education in healthcare professional training. Some of the key objectives of the study included understanding how ethics is applied in a healthcare context, including the development of ethical thinking skills and respect for applicable ethical codes. In addition, the research also aimed to identify improvements in ethical practice in healthcare.
This research covers various aspects of the healthcare domain, and the results are expected to provide new insights for the students involved in this research. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a normative juridical approach relating to health workers who violate the code of ethics and law in health practice.
The results of this study have the potential to make a valuable contribution to the understanding of the importance of ethics education in the context of professional training in the health sector. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a foundation for improving ethical practices in health practice, which in turn will improve the overall quality of health services. This study is relevant as it highlights important ethical aspects in the healthcare industry. With a focus on developing ethical thinking skills and adherence to ethical codes, this study has the potential to transform students into highly ethical healthcare practitioners. The results can serve as a guide for designing more effective and impactful ethics education programs in the training of healthcare professionals. Therefore, this study has significant value in developing quality and ethical healthcare practices.
