Abstract

One aspect that explains ethics and moral views with one's behavior is in the area of work expertise called a profession. Law enforcement is one of the efforts to create order, security and peace in society, whether it is an effort to prevent or eradicate or take action after a violation of the law has occurred, in other words both in a preventive and repressive manner, it's just that the problem is sometimes there are actions that it is not in accordance with existing procedures. The process is the correct method in a process, so that when talking about legal protection in a legal process or widely known as the Law of Procedure, then the protection does not mean as a guideline or a legitimate way to protect criminals to avoid being caught by the law. Because the profession as a work of theoretical and technical expertise, which relies on honesty, so that the dependence and expectations of people who need their assistance are very large to implement a good law enforcement system, therefore the bearers of a profession are required to meet certain conditions in carrying out and carrying out the duties and functions of the profession, so that they truly work professionally in their field. Professions engaged in the field of law include judges, prosecutors, police, advocates, notaries and various agencies that are authorized by law.
