PERLINDUNGAN PEREMPUAN DAN ANAK DALAM PENANGANAN TINDAK KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN

Abstract

This study aims to discuss advocacy policies for women and children in accordance with the principles of protection against victims of violence. Another goal is a policy to protect victims of violence against women and children in the future. The approach method used in this study is qualitative and the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Then the data collection technique used was purposive sampling where through observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis techniques were used. The results of the study indicate that advocacy policies for women and children based on the protection of victims of violence or abuse in education are:

knowing the client's needs and how to know the client's emotional reaction to the trauma, growing confidence in the victim, providing support, and understanding so that the victim is able to understand the circumstances of life and the environment.
