ANALISIS PENYELSAIAN HUKUM TRAGEDI KANJURUHAN PADA TANGGAL 1 OKTOBER 2022 : DITINJAU DALAM ASPEK HAK ASASI MANUSIA

Abstract

The Kanjuruhan tragedy was an accident that occurred on October 1, 2022, during a football match between Arema FC and Persebaya at Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang. The incident left 135 people dead and many other victims. This research discusses various aspects of this tragedy, including the religious phenomena that emerged in the tragedy, the public opinion formed through comments on YouTube videos, and the objectivity of the Kanjuruhan tragedy news on national and international online media portals. This research shows that the Kanjuruhan tragedy has a wide and complex impact, and requires deeper analysis to understand this phenomenon.
