Abstract
Development of narcotics correctional inmates in prisons by BNN. The correctional system is based on the philosophy of social reintegration, with the Corrections Law regulating the functions of prisons, including guidance. The focus is on narcotics crime perpetrators, with divisions into dealers, dealers and users/addicts. Narcotics offenders should receive rehabilitation according to Law no. 35 of 2009. Research methods include normative and empirical juridical with a descriptive analytical approach. The research results show that coaching involves the stages of service, guidance, community guidance, care, security and observation. Collaboration between BNN and Prisons includes narcotics prevention, eradication and rehabilitation. This form of supervision involves joint operations and assistance to prisoners on parole. The placement of inmates in prisons for narcotics is not differentiated
