Kejahatan Korporasi Terhadap Masyarakat dan Lingkungan dalam Perspektif Etika Bisnis

Abstract
Corporate crime as part of business crime refers to crimes committed either by a corporation or by an individual who can be equated with a corporation or other business entity. Corporate crime has a destructive impact on politics, the environment, consumers, workers, stakeholders, foreign policy and future generations. The aim of this research is to analyze corporate crimes that impact society and the environment from a business ethics perspective. Research methods used in qualitative research. Descriptive analytical in nature based on the principles of Business Ethics. The results obtained in this research are business ethics and corporate social responsibility towards corporate crime. Crime is increasingly common, especially in the world of business or industry which in fact makes huge profits, and often does not heed or ignore the applicable rules and norms or is negligent in running a healthy and good business and/or does not implement Social Responsibility. So there is widespread fraud and violations in practice, such as corruption by corporations, waste, monopoly, dumping, suppressing workers' wages, environmental pollution, nepotism, collusion, treating employees arbitrarily, and even human rights violations. In doing business, companies must apply one of the applications of Business Ethics, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or in Indonesian known as Corporate Social Responsibility, which is a self-regulating business model that helps companies be socially responsible to themselves, their stakeholders and the community.
