Victim Blaming Terhadap Penyebaran Konten Video Pornografi Pada Korban Toxic Relationship dan Balas Dendam (Revenge Porn)

Abstract
The act of revenge pornography occurs when a person (generan ex-partner) takes a sexual image and distributes it online without the individual's consent depicted in the image, regardless of the new law to protect the victim. Revenge pornography affects many individuals faced with a culture of blame similar to other acts of sexual violence. The role of the victim who consciously participated in the shooting or sexual content also made it easier for the victim to become the target of Revenge Porn crime. This study aims to find out the role of victims in Revenge Porn crime and the legal protection for victims of crime for the distribution of pornographic content under Revenge Porn's revenge in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a normative juridical approach. The results of this study show that the role of the victim by consciously or unconsciously making photographs in violation of literature or non-dressed conditions is illegal, as stated in Article 4 paragraph (1) of Law No. 44 of 2008. So the conclusion of the study is that there is no specific law to regulate pornographic revenge crimes, but in Indonesia there are only laws governing the protection of female victims.
