UPAYA MEWUJUDKAN PEMILIHAN UMUM KEPALA DAERAH 2020 YANG BERINTEGRITAS MENURUT HUKUM KODRAT DENGAN PERSPEKTIF JOHN LOCKE

Abstract

Between natural rights (natural rights) and human rights (human rights) are very closely related, because the concept of human rights originates from the concept of natural rights, the 2019 General Election of President and Legislative Members becomes an experience in this paper which aims to find way to realize the 2020 Simultaneous General Election of Regional Heads with integrity. The problem raised in this paper is the view of natural law and positive law in realizing the 2020 simultaneous regional head election with integrity from the perspective of John Locke. This thought is embodied in his social contract theory. Thus opening up opportunities for individuals to get protection for their rights from the state. The method presented by the author is the legal-statutory approach and the conceptual approach.
