Abstract

The research about Clinical Legal Education as the enhancement of human welfare through soft skill development in industrial revolution era 4.0 is aimed to know, comprehend, analyze the opportunity created by Clinical Legal Education in enhancing human welfare through soft skill development in industrial revolution era 4.0. It is caused by current state of society which has not fully understood the importance of knowledge about law in daily lives.


The implementation of this study is conducted using a normative law study method, with analysis descriptive study specification. In its implementation, this study is conducted by collecting data technique through data analysis based on primary and secondary law material, those are books, scientific work, essay, paper and other sources linked with research object.


The research result shows that the presence of Clinical Legal Education in Pasundan University has shown an opportunity for society to enhance skill in their personalities, those are gained through street law program, familiarly known as law counseling. This skill enhancement is obtained by the society contains of soft skill and hard skill enhancements, which the implementation is shown through interactive methods in delivering legal knowledge in daily lives occurred between the students as facilitators and societies as audiences in law counseling implementation
